“One of the best coffee experiences I’ve had in Birmingham The coffee itself is absolutely outstanding excellent quality beans, perfectly prepared, and you can really tell they know their craft. What impressed me even more was the service. Very professional and genuinely passionate about coffee. They even came to our table afterwards to ask how the coffee was such a small detail, but it says a lot about how much they care about the customer experience. Amazing coffee, amazing people, and proper coffee craftsmanship. Definitely coming back”

“I was genuinely blown away by The Coffee Bar Collective. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and attentiveness, particularly from Kyle. I’d been looking for a great coffee shop in Birmingham that offered not only excellent coffee, but genuinely great service too, and I knew almost immediately that I’d found it. Kyle, Jonah, and the rest of the team are clearly incredibly passionate about what they do. Their knowledge of the coffee, different processing methods, milk pairings and everything that goes into making each drink really shows in the final cup. It’s rare to find somewhere where the level of service matches the quality of the coffee so perfectly. The coffee was absolutely fantastic, the baked goods are incredible too, and the whole experience just felt thoughtful and welcoming from start to finish. It’s a shame I’m only in Birmingham for a few days with work, but I’ll absolutely be coming back whenever I’m in the city. Wishing Kyle, Jonah, and the whole team all the best, you’ve created something really special here.”

“Was in town for the weekend looking for good filter coffee and this came up as the only place to do it. Super high quality coffee without the snobbery, quite the opposite in fact. The staff are warm, welcoming, informative, and obviously great baristas. All sorts of drinks and treats are on offer, feels like a very inclusive place. Special thank you to Tom, Al, Jonah, Bradley, and another gentleman whose name I didn’t catch. Can’t wait to come back”

“I had a great time at the Coffee Bar Collective. Went there a couple of times while on tour in Birmingham and had 2 exceptional pour over coffees which were really interesting. The pour over menu is extensive and each coffee is brewed using a different method and following a specific recipe. I also have to add that the guys working here are very knowledgeable and happy to help you choose a coffee you might enjoy. They're also so nice it's actually ridiculous. Fantastic service.”

“Visited the coffee bar today and had a great experience. I was warmly welcomed, got curious and asked about the different roasts available. Alan took the time to explain the flavour profiles in a clear and helpful way. I tried a guest coffee which stood out straight away, and I ended up enjoying it a lot. I also asked for recommendations on beans and got some thoughtful suggestions. Overall, a great visit and I hope to be back. Keep up the great work, guys!”
